The app charged me even though no booking was made, there were no drivers avaliable for the pre booking time I selected yet £20.20 was charged to my card! There is no way to contact them within the app either, what a complete joke

A very useful app which shows you that there are no cars close enough to you to take a booking. I used to use three taxis a week - thanks to this helpful app I haven't called a single car for a year and this has saved me a small fortune!
